1 - Accounts

1.1 - The player is solely responsible for the security of his/her account. If a player lends his/her account, be aware that any penalties suffered by a user who is not the owner of the account will fall on the owner. If a player lends his/her account and password to a friend, and the friend steals his/her account by changing the password, the account owner must request a password change. If the email is not confirmed, out of date or if the "friend" changes the registration, the staff will not be responsible for the account and will not be able to help. All players must keep their antivirus/spyware or any other security program up to date, as we are not responsible for account theft through keyloggers or access from unsafe locations.

1.2 - Do not give your password to anyone, not even the Staff. The Staff is able to solve any problem without needing the players' password. No staff member is authorized to ask for your password anywhere, whether through Discord, ingame, email, Facebook or IRC, TS, Skype.

1.3 - The sale of accounts and items outside of EthernalRO is prohibited. Accounts that are sold or even advertised for sale inside or outside EthernalRO will be permanently banned from the Server. If items are discovered, the player's account will be permanently BANNED. If your account is stolen, EthernalRO will not return any items, but we will investigate to punish the culprit. (All server passwords are encrypted - once encrypted they will never be changed back to a normal password)

1.5 - If you do not log in to your account for a period longer than 90 days (3 months) you will be subject to having your account deleted during a previously informed maintenance.
